Emanuel Padilla
Emanuel Padilla is president of World Outspoken, a ministry preparing the mestizo church for cultural change. After years as an undergraduate instructor, he now develops accessible resources and training for bi-cultural Christians facing questions of identity, culture, and theology. Emanuel is completing a PhD in Theological and Ethical studies at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.
